 Neuro Linguistic Programming
(NLP)

Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) is a method of communication and personal development based on the idea that language and behaviour are interconnected.

It was developed in the 1970s by Richard Bandler and John Grinder, and it is based on the premise that language and behaviour are closely linked, and that by changing one's language and communication patterns, it is possible to change one's thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.

NLP practitioners use a variety of techniques and strategies to help people improve their communication skills, achieve their goals, and overcome challenges. These techniques may include reframing, anchoring, and visualization.

Some people use NLP as a tool for personal development, while others use it in business or therapy to help people overcome challenges or achieve specific goals.

NLP can assist you in the following ways:

  • Heighten your self-awareness and social effectiveness.

  • Reprogram your mind for optimal success and achievement.

  • Recognise opportunities for advancing your personal growth.

  • Interact in a way that forms a profound connection with others.

  • Communicate honestly, transparently and assertively.

  • Build dynamic people skills into your day-to-day relationships.

  • Create a future vision that is in alignment with your values.

  • Use an effective goal-setting process to achieve success.

  • Conflict intervention – build conflict-proof relationships.

  • Defeat procrastination or a general lack of motivation.

  • And much, much more.
