Ho'oponopono

Ho'oponopono is a traditional Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness. It's also considered a spiritual practice and form of energy healing. It is based on the belief that all problems are rooted in the past and that the key to resolving them is to release old memories and negative thoughts that are causing emotional distress.

The practice of Ho'oponopono consists of four simple phrases that are repeated to release and forgive past memories and negative thoughts: "I'm sorry," "Please forgive me," "Thank you," and "I love you." These phrases are used to release negative emotions and to forgive oneself, others, and the past.

Ho'oponopono can be done as a self-practice, or with the guidance of a practitioner.

It's believed to help clear past traumas and reprogram the mind for a more positive and peaceful present. It's often used to overcome negative thoughts, emotions, and behavioral patterns, to heal relationships and to improve overall well-being.
