Mixed Martial Arts

We believe that martial arts is more than just a sport - it's a powerful tool for personal growth, well-being and making friends.

 

Our approach to martial arts is a unique blend of various styles, including Shotokan Karate, Goshin Ryu Karate, and elements of Kung Fu.  These styles provide a comprehensive full-body workout, with an emphasis on discipline, focus, and determination, which are essential for personal growth and self-improvement, but also on having fun.

 

By training in these martial arts styles, individuals will not only improve their physical fitness, but also develop mental strength and resilience.  Through the discipline and focus required to learn the techniques, one can learn to focus the mind, improve mental toughness and build self-confidence. And all this, whilst enjoying the process.

 

Our approach also teaches individuals to face their fears and overcome challenges, both in and out of the class.  It helps individuals to develop a growth mindset and to see difficulties as opportunities to learn and improve.  Furthermore, training with us is also a great way to meet new people and make friends.  Many of our clients have formed lasting friendships with others in the class.
